UNSAFE neighbors involving police. Many clothes have been stolen out of the washers. Roaches also appeared near the laundry room and came into the apartment from outside. My review is less than poor.

What a wonderful place to live!
I have to say that I have lived here for 1 year and everything and everyone has been great! All of the ladies in the office are always kind and always very helpful. They're always on top of everything. The maintenance man Rick is the same. This is a wonderful place to live! Thanks to everyone for the great work!

My daughter is in her first job and first apartment and she went with this place based on the location and decent reviews. From the get-go, her apt was not thoroughly cleaned before she moved in. It smelled like cat pee and they wouldn’t acknowledge that. Finally, after arguing with them, they basically did some scaled down “shampooing.” Now, after a heavy rain, water seeped into her bedroom and soaked the carpet and her mattress, which was not in a frame yet. They came in after another delayed... assessment and treated with some microbial stuff. Basically, they said there’s a foundation issue that can’t be fixed right away. No communication, total indifference to issues that are their problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Its my first time here in peoria and I was in awe by the beauty of Timberlane apartment. Securing an apartment was a smooth transaction with the help of Ms. Briana. I am also grateful with the manager, she was considerate and understanding. It is a peaceful community. I enjoy listening to the chirping of the birds. The maintenance was also kind in answering my concerns. The place is clean. I hope i will have a great stay here together with my family. Keep it up Timberlane.
