Ridgebrook Apartments

Over the time I’ve lived here wasn’t all terrible. Just when things needed to be fixed. Maintenance man was on property nearly everyday with the apartment manager. At first request to fix thing were done in a timely manner. However after that first few months it was rare there was a response in a few weeks. You would schedule a time and no one would show up even if you made multiple request. Parking is terrible and if you want to have a guaranteed spot half way near your apartment you’ll have… to pay 25 extra dollar per month. The floors are very creaky and uneven. The doors don’t shut all the way and the lock always got stuck. The apartments seem perfect at first glance. Plus there’s a pool! And the dumpster are always over flowing cause a lot of animals to be there. Also people cars were reported getting broke into many times. The house manager is always there walking around smoking her cigarette and looking to see what you are doing wrong. She appears to be of good faith but talks about other tenants business with her husband and that is very unprofessional. The hallways smell of cat pee and the cleaning lady comes but you can never really get ride of the odor. I’m not complaining this is a quiet place to live. Just very closed in and the walls are very thin with poor plumbing. I’m a current resident and I’ve had to make do with what I have and fix things that are in need. Seem the only things that get fixed soon rather later is the water leaks and that’s because that’s apart of their bill. Just make sure you read your lease closely! Read More
