Joey was really helpful. I felt really comfortable. He took his time explaining everything to me. I like the fact that he did not rush through the paperwork like most places have done in the past.

Picture it a family moving to a new state for a new adventure. My name is Derek and I move from Wisconsin to Illinois for a new job. I have been in the Champaign area snice January of this year. I have had to stay in a hotel this whole time which is not too bad because I am the GM of that hotel. The problem with me staying in the hotel is I was never allowed to get away for my place of work. When I was done in the office, I would leave to go home but my home was on the 3rd floor. Like I said it… was okay staying, but on sold out nights it would get loud in the hotel and I needed my space from work.
I have been looking since February this year and the local area and everywhere I would find a place I was not able to rent because I was not a collage student and I was not able to pay the high rent. I started to look outside Champaign and, in my search, my son and I found Golfview Villages.
The day I reach out to Golfview I found the staff in the office were great to work with. I worked with Abby and then with Joey. These two employees were great. They answer all of my questions and were with me each step of the time to make sure it would go smoothly.

We have been looking for an apartment for my daughter going to UIUC. We have set up and gone on a few 'tours' elsewhere, some have never even bothered to reply. After setting up to look at a Unit at Golfview Village, we had the fortune opportunity to deal with a representative named Joey. He was patient having to reschedule due to school/work conflicts with my daughter. She finally met with him while I was on a call with her due to my inability to meet in person. Joey could not have been more… informative or helpful! Every question, and yes, there were quite a few, he answered professionally and honestly. This has been completely opposite to what we had dealt with at prior establishments. All others could not give 2 cr@ps about providing relevant information. Joey carried on a nice conversation with my daughter talking about his experiences living there himself. While she has not even moved in yet, the initial experience has been great! The application process and lease has been thoroughly explained. The website has a great 3d app to get a perspective of the layout and able to measure spaces. The price is highly competitive for the size and quantity.
