Creekview Properties APTS are overall great. The building is in a perfect location right close to all the restaurants and busses. The apartments are spacious and look very nice and modern. Staff is also super friendly and maintenance fixes what needs to be fixed very quickly.

I couldn't be happier with my experience living in this apartment! The property management team is outstanding—they're responsive, attentive, and always go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. The location is another major plus! It's conveniently situated near essential amenities like grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation, making daily life… super easy. Plus, it's in a safe and peaceful neighborhood, so I always feel comfortable and secure.

I lived here as a student. The distance from campus was convenient. The apartments are great, property is really well maintained, and the amenities were also fantastic. Most of the residents are students, families, or older couples so it's generally pretty quiet. The office staff was always very accommodating.

I scheduled a showing at 2:30 the office emailed me to change it to 4 PM. They didn't tell me what apartment to meet them at so at 4:02 I was desperately scrambling. Trying to call and text to figure out where I was supposed to be. When I finally got an answer
I was told there were 3 other people ahead of me and I didn't actually get my showing until 4:30 after i'd been there for 40 minutes. If you can't make a good first impression, I don't have much faith in your management skills
