This apartment is nice to move into, spacious enough and cheap on the rent. However, the issues for me came when I started to have maintenance issues. I would call and call daily, and get no answer from the office, EVER. You cannot get a hold of this manager unless you leave a message, and even then its hit or miss. I went without heat for 2 weeks before I called the "24 hour line" who then called my managers personal cell phone, who then calls me in a VERY condescending tone and sounded very… irritated that I even thought to call the "24 hour line". The staff that I've ran across while living here (they are very scarce), will enter your apartment without notice if you have a maintenance request. Even if you request that you be home for said maintenance to be preformed you will be denied. I have come home to a note on my door saying that maintenance was done, only to find muddy footprints and missing beverages from the fridge.

Again, this is a nice place to live UNTIL you start having maintenance issues or want to move out. Then you have to jump to hoops just to get anything done. Read More

The apartment is nice in size, as well as spacious rooms. Reasonable rent and it's an okay apartment for a first move. The staff, works with you when it comes to trying to get approved for the apartment but if you don't inform them of what's wrong with the apartment before moving, they'll try to hold you accountable for the damages that's there or need fixing.
