Here we are a year later and we still have construction on the weekends early in the morning. If you are looking to live here, good luck trying to have a quiet weekend. You will hear pounding at 8 in the morning on Saturday and Sunday. Management knows this and does not care.

Thank you for being a resident for another year. We are not aware of any construction on weekends. We would be happy to address your concerns if you can provide us with your unit no. Being anonymous does not help us resolve your issue. However, if... that is not your goal to resolve then we recommend you to accommodate yourself to where you might be comfortable and have good luck!

Construction on the weekends.
The views are great, the location is cool. But the management is basically absent as they seem to think that making improvements is the same thing as managing the property, it’s not.
They allow construction to take place at 7 AM including on the weekends and yes, this includes some Sunday mornings. The people they hire to do the construction are very disruptive. They are constantly slamming doors, and playing loud music while they work.
The elevator floors are extremely dirty and pee... stained due to absolutely zero enforcement of pet owners who let their dogs pee in the elevators. The former owners never, ever allowed this to happen and would fine residents for doing so. I am not sure why, they can spend money on renovating apartments and building a weird smoking area right outside people,s apartments in the property they own next door, but they wont spend money on two pieces of 6x6 carpet for the elevators.
The property managers are friendly and helpful, but have an “ I don’t live here so it doesn’t effect me” attitude.
Again the location and views are great, but there are things that definitely need to improve.
