This unique space features two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with two queen beds, and Bedroom 2 has one queen bed. Each queen bed comes with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a duvet cover with insert, two pillows with pillowcases, two bath towels, and two washcloths. Each full bathroom is equipped with a hand towel and a bath mat.
The apartment is centrally located and directly across the plaza from the Old State Capitol building. It is within walking distance to all of Honest Abe Lincoln's historical sites.
Check-out is at 11 am and check-in is at 4 pm. Guests will receive check-in instructions one hour prior to check-in time on the day of arrival. Smoking of any kind, including marijuana and cigarettes, is strictly prohibited. Deodorizing fees start at $500 if smoke is detected. Parties or events are absolutely not allowed. If a party or event is found, or if there are more people in the unit than listed on the reservation, guests accept full responsibility for any city fines or lawsuits, and will lose 100% of their security deposit. Noise complaints will result in an immediate call to the police with no warnings, and guests will forfeit 100% of their security deposit. The Nest thermostats are locked between 68-78 degrees in the Summer and 60-72 degrees in the Winter. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests indicated on the reservation; exceeding this limit will result in the loss of 100% of the security deposit. Guests are expected to leave the suite as they found it, with dishes cleaned and put away, and trash taken out before departure. Furniture should not be moved; a $100 fee per piece will be charged if furniture needs to be repositioned. Firearms and other weapons are prohibited on or near the property. A rental agreement must be signed to confirm the reservation.
