Great to have a newly constructed apartment like what Cobblestone Place offers. The rooms are very spacious, and the appliances/cabinets/lighting are all top of the line. The owners, office, and maintenance are all very nice and easy to work with as well. The location is in a newer part of town and close to a lot of shopping. The interstate is nearby, which can be used to get downtown pretty easily. I enjoyed my stay, thank you!

Cobblestone Place is a great place to live! The apartments are new & updated and provide great space in all rooms. The entire staff is friendly and very prompt with communication.

These apartments were a great place to live!
The buildings are all new and currently many more are being built, including a pool to be presumably opened spring of 2018. The apartments are very spacious and well laid out. Being newly constructed I had virtually no problems. The only complaint I have is the smoke alarm's sensitivity. It went off about once a month. However, while I was there they replaced all the alarms and it did not go off since (about three months). As for any problems, a… simple email to Joyner and the problem was quickly rectified. Also, some buildings are pet friendly allowing separation for those with animals, and a place for people who have issues when being around them. Due to the slightly extensive application process and price range of apartments I found problems with bad neighbors were, at most, very rare and quickly taken care of by the front office.

I would recommend these apartments to anybody who is looking for a nice place to live, not just a cheap place to stay. I myself would have stayed longer had I not bought a house.
