Denison Place is a ninety four unit complex with residents of all ages and is child friendly. There are coin operated laundry facilities on site. We have a full maintenance staff to handle all problems that arise, and manager on site.

    Filthy neighborhood, foul smelling building.

    I had an appointment to view an apartment today.
    When I opened the door to approach the management unit, I was hit with a stench that was so foul I simply the extra around and left.
    Springfield’s apartment management as well as the owners really need to step up their game. Quality tenants won’t tolerate filth.
