Very fast I've been here for almost 4 years and have never had any significant issue they haven't fixed. It may take a few days sometimes but at least it's done. Would definitely recommend.

Maintenance Paul took care of the slow draining tub quickly. I also want to thank all of the maintenance team for keeping my patio cleared and watching out for me after my surgery. You all are the best!!
