This apartment complex is a nightmare. Management communication and property upkeep are terrible. Buildings often smell like weed and garbage, and trash is frequently left scattered around the parking lot. Complaints go mostly unanswered beyond a few emails, with no real resolution. Management posts notes about stolen packages and asks delivery drivers to leave them at the leasing office (in another building), but office hours aren't convenient for anyone working 8-5. They will NOT adjust those... hours to accommodate you. They may offer to leave packages outside anyway, or forget entirely, wasting your time. Even packages kept in the leasing office aren't safe. If something goes missing, management claims no responsibility, despite directing deliveries there per their own instructions. Friendly and helpful people Toured a beautiful renovated unit. Very helpful staff. They were friendly, understanding, and answered all of my questions. I’m disappointed the timing didn’t work out quite right for me to lease here this time but I may be back in the future!

Very fast I've been here for almost 4 years and have never had any significant issue they haven't fixed. It may take a few days sometimes but at least it's done. Would definitely recommend.

Toilet issue The maintenence man ws prompt and fuxes my toilet issue quickly.

Maintenance Paul took care of the slow draining tub quickly. I also want to thank all of the maintenance team for keeping my patio cleared and watching out for me after my surgery. You all are the best!!
