After paying the pre-approval fee and qualified, they immediately scheduled me and showed all properties of interest. Found something and accommodated my move in time. Great management team. Would recommend to anyone looking for something affordable but with a very hands on team.

As a new resident, Safe Harbor's management has been nothing but responsive and helpful! They are quick to respond to problems and very considerate to their tenants. The apartments are bright and clean, but the management make this company worth it. Would highly recommend!

I lived here with my previous boyfriend and the place was great for a single person or couple. Nice updates throughout, never heard neighbors, safe and well lit parking and stairs to apartment. Walking distance to the capitol and downtown bars and in the summer- great farmers market! Right next to Springfield High School track for running, or the gorgeous Washington Park! A must see!

The one bedroom apartment fits perfectly for me! I love the lighting over the counter and the size of the living room! The residency assistances are very helpful and sweet!
