Crestview Park Apartments

The location, unit size, amenities, and on site management are great!

I moved here in Feb. Greenstreet realty bought it a bit before that. The metal in the courtyard and the outside was weathered and rusty, but they are in the process of rectifying that (so far, painted all doors to apartments, some of the inside courtyard, the entranceways) It is now getting too cold to paint, so will continue next spring.

I LOVE MY APARTMENT! it is spacious with a great layout...and there are several layouts to choose from. It has a balcony to watch sunrise, sunsets,... storms, etc. Pets are allowed. Greenstreet has been fast and efficient for repairs and if necessary, replace appliances etc.. The last review was from a year ago, and things have changed since Greenstreet. The building manager is honest about what she can and cannot do, reasonable and on the ball. The maintenance people are knowledgeable and personable. My neighbors have been extremely kind (I fell in Apr and been on a walker) to the point of carrying groceries, opening doors, etc. As in every apartment complex, there are going to be some who do not abide by the rules, but Greenstreet has been vigilant about enforcing the nonsmoking, no drugs, no parking in handicapped parking without a permit. While the management was nice enough, and the apartments are decently sized for the price, this building is incredibly noisy and filthy. They didn't really clean the apartment before we moved in (unwashed/unvacuumed floors)The door that's supposed to be locked almost never is due to it being broken or rigged, and there are stains everywhere; multiple stairwells are constantly covered in garbage, broken glass, even more stains, and it's disgusting. Even late at night there will be kids (as well... as adults) yelling and screaming in the building and out in the parking lot. There is an elevator, but that's gross too.
