Just moved in and have had great customer service. A big shot out to Jayden, was very patient and the communication was fast and helpful, my boy deserves a raise for dealing with people like me. Even the maintenance crew was friendly.

Why it? OK I’m start all over and letting you know how wonderful Mr. Jaden was as the person that gave me a tour of the apartment complex just like to say he’s a kind person he he explained everything to me and to my understanding he also explain how I can work with some of the things in the apartment or the Dan OK I just wanna let everybody know that Jaden is a great guy and I thank you thank Jaden for showing me around and being kind and nice thank you

Would not recommend renting with Peak managment the apartment was infested with roaches the walls were extremely thin and the shared common rooms were disgusting would not recommend renting with them ever again

Town & country do not care about the safety of the residents that are living here. There's a lot of drug activity on the property. When I went inside my building there was 13 or cans in the hallway. Every chance to put up security cameras the police encourage them to do that but they ignore the situation. I would rethink before I would move here it's not safe for me.
