Lack of communication

I toured and liked the apartment. I toured a newly renovated property and was intent on applying and securing this property. When I left, I reached out the next morning to apply and do next steps, I never heard back. I called three times over the next 3 days (leaving voicemails) and also sent the leasing manager texts but never received anything back. Pretty disappointed I would have loved to stay here but the lack of communication has steered me away.

Fizah is the best

They have an amazing leasing manger called Fizah

She always has a solution for everything.

Regarding the complex, its overall a really nice community, has its ups and downs like any other place, but the community is really good.

Could not ask for a better place to stay

The people at the office are so nice and always willing to help. On point maintenance with same day reverts. Peaceful environment and well lit apartments. Lived here for 2 years and continuing, I would highly recommend this.

Lived there for almost 2 years

I lived there for almost 2 years and I must say that they have the best management ever! and Everyone is nice and helpful. Maintenance team responds fast. The area is so safe and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you Param apartments!

Best apartments!

Param apartments have been amazing! My girlfriend and I have had the best experience here with no problems. The office is always so helpful and maintenance is on top of their game. The apartment buildings are always kept clean and management is always on their A game. When it is cold/icy out they text everyone warning them and they ice the side walks/ parking spots super quick.

One time my AC unit was having issues so I contacted management and they came that day to fix it.

Param apartments... actually care about their renters. They have security driving around at night as well.
