Great place

I’ve been living here since 2019 and I’ve loved it. Maintenance is friendly and gets the job done fast. Never had any complaints about the neighbors. Great place to live in!

Do not rent from them!!!

I lived here for 2 years and had nothing but problems with other tenants in my building and no responses from the office when I would say something about it. I had a garden apartment and they never fixed the broken lock on my living room window I mentioned to them on the walk-through on day 1. I would have moved out after the first year, but couldn't because of COVID. Every time I would email them about an issue, it would be several days before I would get a response, if I got one at all! I… moved out a month ago and have yet to see my security deposit returned. I emailed all 6 (!) office emails I have for them and got no response. When I called to ask about it, they said it was still "processing" and would get back to me by the end of the day... Of course I still have yet to hear from them about it. Rent anywhere else but here!

Hinkston Pond Apartments

I absolutely love living at Hinkston Pond Apartments. I've lived here for several years and it is truly home to me. I have a very peaceful view out of my window of a tranquil pond with pretty ducks. It is really safe here and people are so polite and helpful. Management cares about their residents and responds promptly to every request. The maintenance professionals are excellent, and they are on top of their jobs. Management and maintenance are very service oriented and it’s the best experience… I’ve ever had as a customer!! My apartment is roomy and comfortable. In addition, the community is conveniently located. I recommend this property to all of my friends.
