If you are thinking of moving here DON'T ! Rent prices go up every year and they don't update anything in your apartment the kitchen cabinets are so old the wood is starting to chip...The windows are so old there are smalls cracks..the laundry room A JOKE! there are 5 washers only 1 works! Don't get me started on the dryers and some of tenants here are so dirty and dusty looking I just avoid using the laundry here all together! Oh and the garage there are so many abandoned cars down there and... been abandoned for years ! And the stray cats are annoying you can't wash your car and keep it clean without coming back to cat paws and scratches on the top of your hood...it's insane and the management company is no better they all have bad attitudes but continue to take people money but no Improvements here...the fire that happened in Jan-Feb of 2023 caused for the entire 4th floor to be displaced from their apartments and they only remodled the apartments because they were damaged.

Don't rent here
It has bed bugs in several apartment's. Management doesn't treat adjoining apartments so I have had them come back every few month's.
Only 1 elevator is working they don't care. The washers don't work they don't fix them.
Neighbor's blast their tv and wake you up at 2345 am management can't control this problem either.
Half of the entire top floor was set on fire supposedly due to an electrical issue last winter and they were issued a stop work order as they didn't have permits to do the work... . Scary 15 more minutes the fire would have spread to the 3rd floor where I live.
