A starter supply of coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags is provided; however, guests may need to bring additional supplies. There is also a private, fully fenced backyard with a fire pit for relaxing evenings. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and there is an in-unit washer and dryer with detergent included.

Tampering with or breaking the outside camera in any way, including disabling, covering, or blocking it, will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund.
