Home sweet home!

Finding a place that truly feels like home isn't always easy, but that's exactly what I've found at TGM Retreat at Danada. From the moment I moved in, I've felt welcomed. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly well maintained, making it a place I genuinely enjoy coming home to every day.

One of the things I appreciate most is how amazing the property staff is. Everyone in the leasing office is kind, caring, and always willing to help, and the maintenance team is quick,… professional, and takes pride in their work. It's reassuring to know that if I ever need anything, I'm in good hands.

The location is another huge bonus-it's close to everything while still feeling like a quiet retreat.
Whether I'm taking my dog for a walk around the community, relaxing at home, or just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, I truly love living here.

I'm grateful to call TGM Retreat at Danada home, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a community where you feel valued, comfortable, and proud of where you live.

Great apartments with a townhome feel !

I have lived at TGM Retreat at Danada for 7 years.
I am a "picky " person about most things yet TGM
continues to be a place that makes me very happy.
Where to begin ? Your own garage !!! Where else can you find that in an apartment setting ?
Office staff are knowledgeable and professional. When you walk into the leasing office you are warmly greeted and they always have a solution to any issues.
The maintenance staff are great guys who know what they are doing and work hard to solve… problems quickly.
This complex is in a wonderful location with many stores and restaurants within walking distance.
There are many areas around the complex for strolling. If you are walking your dog you are bound to meet another dog owner who will stop and chat.
There are several sizes and styles of available units but all have their own private entrances which adds to the townhome feel.
Amenities are great- an attractive clubhouse/gym,
a pool, a dog run, electric car charging stations and benches for resting under the many beautiful trees.
On my walks I often stop to chat with other residents
and I have never heard anyone who hasn't been pleased with living here.
Great place for peaceful living in a great location with a management team you can rely on !

Great Management Team, Location, and Cleanliness

My wife and I have only been here a month, but have had great interactions with the property management and maintenance. Mike and his colleague Tom addressed all of our issues and concerns within 24 hours of submission. Additionally, Ashely was very easy to work with during the application process. Further the apartment complex is very clean and has a great location.
