Union Apartment Tour

I visited Union Apartments in Wheeling on Monday August 10, and everything moved very smoothly, Ed, the property manager answered all our questions, filled us in on all that is needed to know and was very helpful, he is an asset to the company, I loved the apartment and hopefully to move in soon.
