Terrible place

One ac unit in whole apartment and its in living room so on a hot summer night its hot in bedroom and bathroom. Crawling with roaches and silverfish and earwigs and they dont do anything to try and control it. They took 150$ for carpet cleaning from my deposit when i moved out. I never walked on my carpet with shoes on my carpet was clean and it looked jusy like it did when we moved in we dont have kids or no pets and they still took 150$ from me to “proffesionally” clean the carpet. Terrible… place

Location!

Okay firstly I want to say this is a great place, especially for the price! We have a 1 bedroom and it is very roomy for the two of us! The location is also great, we are minutes from 2 major highways which is awesome for cutting down on travel time. We are minutes from anything you could possibly need ex. The Promenade, grocery stores, golf course, mini golf, Hollywood Blvd. Many restaurants as well!

Every apartment has a balcony or patio and the grounds are very well kept so its very… pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The pool is also great for relaxing or even having friends over if that's your thing. Plenty of parking which is included unlike a lot of places we looked into around here.

All in all its a great place I feel very safe and enjoy calling Dynasty Pointe home.
