I’ve been living here for 2.5 years and had nothing but the greatest experience and customer service from Mikey especially. He’s taken care of all my needs and helped remind me to replace my HVAC filters. I’m staying here just because of him.

Moved here end of June from Naperville and I tell you it’s awesome!! The staff is so amazing and whatever is need they’re on top of it. I have nothing bad to say!! I am very pleased living here. And I can see me here for a very long time. My peace and comfort is everything! BIG THANKS YADI AND BROOKLIN!! I can’t forget the maintenance team hands down!!

Good luck finding a spot after work that is close to your building. Maintenance is slow to respond to requests at times. Property management will cook up new fees and charges to pass along to residents like the newly established annual $100 parking fee.

We love the community and management, Shane and Yadi, go above and beyond with smiles on. Our property has excelled in many aspects; especially the resident events and involving my kids. Bring back the taco truck! I’ve been seeing some negative comments about parking but I appreciate the efforts, all the communities around here I visited before choosing here are charging for parking and allow one spot and no visitors, our parking is tight but I appreciate the extra mile they have gone to confirm... I have a spot when I come home late and not seeing the same visitor with same yellow pass that never leaves. It’s frustrating. Customer service is top notch and my experience is excelling my experience!
