Special Income
When I went to get an application they tried sit there and say that they need 40 hours a week or have a letter stating that my job write a note proving that I made enough hours and that it wouldn't change. They refused to call my job and them explain my hours stay the same for 2 years. I would recommend not trying to live here unless you have you have 40 or more hours a week.

Sorry, we are not subsidized housing so you need to be working full time and regular hours to qualify for our apartments or have sufficient retirement or disability income.

These are lovely apartments next door to the Gaither Christian Entertainment facilities. Leasing agent was nice to deal with, and the maintenance man was prompt and thorough
