This is the nicest property in Anderson. The manager and front office staff are so kind and helpful. The property is really pretty and kept up.

This place is good. Yeah, there has been a lot of staff changes, but the manager is still there and she is great. Maintenance works to get things done as fast as they can. The property looks nice, too. Don't believe everything you read online when it says this place is bad.

Cross lakes has been a great place to live this past year. Since Katie took over and this new company came, it's gotten even better. Maintenance is awesome, the new leasing is great, manager actually cares about us and the apartments are nice. I feel safe here.

I must say I use to love living at Cross Lakes. I have lived her for about 3 years and have seen some changes. We have yet another new company over our home which makes the 3rd one in 3 years. The latest change in the office is the worst. Our new property manager who use to be the assistant manager sucks as a property manager. The property has gone downhill in the last 6 months and the manager now doesn't care about the people that live here. She is such a liar and I cannot wait until I... can move. I need to finish my lease and I'm out of here.
