The property itself as well as the units (atleast my unit and a few others I have seen the inside of) are wonderful! T There were a few issues at move in which I actually didn't catch or looked last but the propety manager refused to accept and she had maintenance on them immediately. Unfortunately, she is no longer here. I hope we get another PM like her. I have been in property maintenance and I know how rare ones like her are. They contract out their lawn care and the the company does a great... job although we all wish they'd hit out walkways a little better once they are done cutting. Most neighbors are friendly and respectful but a few have no knowledge of the words. It's Anderson so unfortunately it's going to be an issue. It's very quiet unless those few are out but even at that it isn't bad. Now, I must say, we took a walk and ventured to the back of the property and I would not like to live back there. Far less calm. All in all I absolutely love it and I am someone who likes my peace and quiet and my personal space respected.
