Would only recommend living here for the convenient location and the affordable rent. Problems we encountered living here include very very poor internet service, poor sealing measures taken to keep out the cold, and cockroaches (likely caused by the Subway below the apartments). Especially would not recommend living in one of the units directly above the Subway, as their constantly playing music can be hear in the apartment from early in the morning until late in the evening.

The Pavilion Apartments connected to Subway are great for anyone who wants a place close to campus. These apartments are great for Optometry students since they school is right across the street, but for other students, a short walk to Jordan Hall gives access to the buses. Kirkwood is only a 10 min walk away and delivery to the apartment can come from anywhere.
