The Best Community

I have lived at Hidden Hills for about three years now and have had the best experience. It is by far the best apartment community that I have lived in since living in Bloomington. Maintenance is wonderful and fixes issues extremely quickly! The monthly community events are a great way to meet and interact with others in the neighborhood. I would recommend Hidden Hills to anyone looking for an apartment in the Bloomington area.

Wonderful place

I have been here with my kids 1 year and 2 months. I resigned my lease. I love this place, It's quiet and no drama. Best place I have lived in so far. I love the activities they host. It's a great safe place. I plan to stay here for a long while.

a quiet apartment to fit all your needs

such a lovely place so far! moved in a few months ago, and have nothing but good things to say. quiet and safe neighborhood. the leasing/maintenance staff are kind and on top of their game. they strive to make this neighborhood feel like a community, and create opportunities for engagement with fellow neighbors! truly the best place i have lived out of all my prior apartments. very pet friendly community and they also keep up with communicating with tenants about events/changes/alerts/etc.

if… you are looking for a place that you’ll truly feel at home, then this is the place for you. :)

Best place to live and responsive management

Hidden Hills Apartments in Bloomington, Indiana has been an absolute gem since my partner and I moved in this March. Our apartment was in impeccable shape upon arrival, with brand new carpet, freshly painted walls, and a newly installed bar top. It's remarkable to find such high quality at such an affordable rate—our unit boasts the best square footage for the price in Bloomington, hands down!

One of the standout features is the spacious clubhouse, which we've regularly used to host dinners for… our extended family without any hassle. The atmosphere is inviting, and it's a great amenity to have.

What truly sets Hidden Hills apart, though, is their exceptional management and facilities teams. When our AC wasn't performing at its best during a recent heat wave, I submitted a maintenance request after hours without marking it urgent. Within just 10 minutes, I received a call back and a member of the maintenance team was at our door within the hour. They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided us with a temporary window AC unit until they could replace the entire AC system. Their responsiveness and dedication to resolving issues promptly is truly commendable.

It's clear that the management team genuinely cares about their residents and the community they've built here. Their proactive approach and commitment to maintaining a high standard of living make Hidden Hills Apartments a standout choice in Bloomington. We couldn't be happier with our decision to live here and highly recommend Hidden Hills to anyone seeking quality, affordability, and excellent service.

Best Place to Live!!!

We absolutely loved living in Hidden Hills at Oakdale Square. The property manager is fantastic and all of the office staff are friendly and professional. The maintenance staff was always exceptional! Anytime we had a maintenance order it was filled that day or the next, sometimes 5 minutes after submitting. The neighborhood was always very quiet, clean and safe! Our neighbors were also a bonus with everyone being very nice! Overall a great place to live in Bloomington and would highly… recommend to anyone looking for a high quality affordable place! Can’t go wrong here.
