Took 12 days to fix our washing machine Our washer broke and ruined $500 worth of my clothes. The four of us couldn’t do laundry for 12 days because it took that long to fix it. I understand that the part had to be shipped in, however, after being in leasing I understand that you have to accommodate and go out of your way to help your residents. I did not feel like that was the case in this situation. The guy who fixed it was awesome by the way, no issues there and not his fault.

Absolutely STUNNING

literally the most beautiful community I’ve ever looked at! The Sauna and basketball court!!! Don’t even get me started on how beautiful the apartments are!

Do Not Live Here

Everything Evolve does is done poorly. The only thing that makes this place ok to live is the location. Literally nothing is good, and everyone I've spoken to who lives here hates it.

My room was disgusting upon move-in. My shower is weird, and maintenance has not answered my work order(which was sent in over 2 months ago). Their payment portal is frustrating, so we have to send checks every month. I'm being charged late fees because they lost our check this month. We have proof it was… delivered, and they're doubling down. They are rude in every email exchange you'll ever have with them. You don't know anything going on with the apartment (e.g. apartment-wide fire alarm testing) unless you opt-in to ALSO receive ads about their services (which they will send four or more ad emails a day). They market their apartments as luxury, and there is NOTHING luxury except the exterior. No appliance works as it should. Also rent is insanely high, especially for a place that is this low quality.

Please look elsewhere.

Mold, 9 Months of no repair despite requests

If you love Mold, Broken appliances, Closed amenities, Torn up furniture, Lease violations, and Incompetent Management Evolve Bloomington is the place for you! I have submitted multiple maintenance requests that haven't been completed dating back to December 5th.
Management is still refusing to give me a written date of when these repairs to be finished, saying that it's not "within their department," and refuses to give me the contact information of the property owners.
