No one showed up I submitted a request online and was assigned a technician. But in the hour I was assigned it said my maintenance was complete yet no one showed up to come and take a look

My toilet and sink did get fixed but my shower tub was left with dirt all over it. Also, I put in a maintenance request for my drawer and that did not get fixed.

Terrible service Ive called the maintainence like 4 times to fix the air conditioning, they come and do something for 2 mins and the whole thing is back to square one. I am SUFFOCATING in my apartment, hard to breathe, sleepless nights and i DREAD going back to the apartment now cuz its so hot. Pls fix the issue ASAP.

Park on Morton is a comfortable place to live and the staff is friendly. Although, it does need to be renovated a bit, and carpet beetles have been an issue in the past.

Best accommodation for students and has the best facilities. The rooms are pretty big and have good maintenance facilities. The amenities are also very good.
