Great Amenities and Staff

I’ve really loved living in this building over the past year! The staff is incredible, the amenities are top-notch (pickleball on the roof is a game-changer), and the location couldn’t be better.

If you’re looking for a new place to call home, I’d highly recommend checking it out.

Great Place to Live

I’m one of the first 25 people to have moved into The Signature. So far I have really enjoyed living here. The staff and maintenance crew are great, the amenities are awesome, the other residents in the building are super nice, and the location of the complex is the perfect spot in Carmel. The prices are a little more than I would like but it’s worth it. You can’t beat the covered parking garage, the numerous apartments layouts , and being able to get anywhere in the building without having to... go outside (a plus especially in the winter). I am a little annoyed by the fire alarms going off in the middle of the night, but that should be resolved once construction is complete. I love living here and highly recommend!

Fire Alarms Galore

As of this writing, I can’t justify giving the apartment more than 2 stars, solely because of the false fire alarms. The entire building is on one system, including the downstairs spaces still under construction, meaning anytime there is a malfunction or trigger of the system, the whole building gets lit up. I’ve lived here since July 2024, and in those 4 months, there have been around a dozen false fire alarms. This is not only an extreme annoyance but also numbs all the residents to the alarm... so if there’s ever an actual fire, people are just going to think it’s another false alarm. I may reconsider my rating later, but until they fix the fire system, it’s a deserving 2 stars.

Top Tier

The location is great, only a short walk from the arts district or all the restaurants on old meridian. The Amenities and floor plans are also well thought out.
