The Olivia

Me and my wife have lived at The Olivia on Main for over 3 years now and we couldn't be happier. Undoubtedly the experience here has been the best so far compared to the other communities we have stayed at in the past.

We absolutely love the apartment we have rented. The layout is very nice and modern. It's very spacious and since it's a corner apartment with 2 balconies, there is plenty of sunlight all day around.

The location is perfect with the downtown and so many restaurants and grocery... options close by. The building is very safe, well maintained and very clean with great amenities and the most beautiful lobby we have come ever come across. The parking lot is huge and unlike other apartments we have stayed at in the past, finding a parking spot has never been an issue. The gym has all the equipment one can ask for and the pool area is also so spacious.

Besides the beautiful complex and all it's amenities, what we love the most about this place is the friendly staff that goes above and beyond in delivering the best experience. The staff, both the office staff and the maintenance and cleaning staff has been amazing from Day 1. They all have been very patient, extremely helpful and on top of everything. Every staff member has been very kind and has always accommodated all our requests. We are so grateful to the entire staff for making us feel at home. We can't thank them enough.

The experience so far with other residents whom we have interacted with has also been great and we have made some good friends here.

I would highly recommend The Olivia to anyone looking to rent in Carmel.
