Do not rent here!
This was pure hell living here. I don’t normally write reviews but if it keeps another family from going through what my family went through then it’s worth reaching out. Sounds good cause all utilities are included but these are very ran down apartments and town homes. Hostile neighbors. Horrible maintenance and very rude staff. Don’t do it…

Best of the Best
Twin Lake Apartments in Carmel, Indiana are the best apartments for several reasons. The rent includes electric, water, air, heat, and cable. Every time I call with an issue they fix it within 30 minutes. They work with me when I struggle paying rent. The grounds are kept well. They have a friendly staff and they are a family business. I have been here five years in October. I don't know why anyone would not want to live here especially with all the inclusive amenities.
