Skyview Apartments

The company has changed staff 5 times during the time that I lived there(in a matter of a year 2016-2017.) No one knew what the previous did, and thus without the tenants knowing, they would start breaking the previous staff's lease agreements.

There was always ants(in the bathroom no less, none in the kitchen!) We had our oven replaced twice. The plumbing was clogged(had the toilet taken care of 3 times.) And the entire building shares a water heater, so there was always a sharp turn of hot... to cold water(almost to the point of burns!)

We were charged for a cleaning of carpets upon moving in, but the apartment carpet, nor the rest of it, was ever cleaned before we go there. Cheated us out of our return deposit. Brought the landlord evidence of their breaking of our lease and never responded back.

Unless they change who owns it and the majority of the set up, I would not recommend. Read More
