I Just Received The Most Wonderful Tour

I initially was expressed by the apartments and how beautiful they looked from the pictures, so I decided to reach out. Ami, the Office Manager immediately communicated with me about scheduling something and asked what I was looking for. I arrived with a nice folder filled with all of the floor plans and photos of each apartment. The premises were lovely, and it felt like such a warm community.

Our apartment home

My husband and I decided to down size and moved from our beautiful home not knowing exactly what to expect in apartment life. Honestly, we chose Eagle Crossing because of the attractiveness of the grounds and the amenities as well as the convenient location. However, the reason we have stayed (we are in our third year), is because of our wonderful staff. Our manager and assistant manager, Jamie and Ami, work tirelessly to make you feel welcome. They also try to build a community feeling by… hosting several get togethers in the apartment club house. We have had few reasons to need our maintenance staff but when we did both Kent and Jose answered quickly. They were not just competent but very respectful of our home. Needless to say, we are quite happy with our apartment home.

Love this Community

I have lived at Eagle Crossing in my building since it was built. The property is beautiful and so well kept. The very few times that I have needed maintenance, Kent and Jose were so professional and easy to work with. Jaime and Ami in the office are 2 of the sweetest ever. I have had the best experience and do not plan on leaving anytime soon! Love it here!

A Great Place to Live

I absolutely love living in Eagle Crossing! The pool is nice a big, with cement that doesn’t burn your feet! There are plenty of lounge chairs for people to use too. The gym is perfect considering not every apartment complex have a gym. There are of course some things that are a little disappointing on inside the apartments, such a the counter tops and the carpet being poorly laid. I also can’t help but wonder why there isn’t tile floor at the garage entrance, as well as at the patio door. … I thought that would be a good way to preserve the carpeting! I love having an entrance through the garage. It’s so convenient!! My dog absolutely loves laying out on the patio, which is another perk! The area is super nice. I’ve seen some eagles land in the woody/swampy area on Kelle Dr.

I have never had any issues with the staff. They have always been so great and very helpful. I put in maintenance requests, and things fixed that same day! All in all, I think it’s a great place to live!!

Not very luxury

My wife and I came to visit looking for a luxury apartment. I can say that we were not impressed. There was nothing special at all about the inside rather the appliances and the materials used looked rather cheap. The pool area was not one to boast about as well. The only think special about this place to me was the location other than that I was surprised that anyone would pay what they pay for this. I’ve been to a regular apartment for half the price that were way nicer.
