The house has two floors. On the first floor, as you walk into the house, you will find an entryway that passes an extra room, a half-bath, and the garage entrance, and walks into the dining room with an open concept kitchen and living room, with direct access to the backyard which has outdoor furnishings, a grill, and a nice water view of the pond! On the second floor, going up the stairs, you will find a second living room, a laundry room, a master bedroom with a private bathroom, and two other guest rooms that share a separate bathroom. All rooms are fully equipped and spacious with everything you would need for a great stay!
Parking, garage parking is available, along with driveway, and free street parking. There is a fee of $250 for losing the garage door opener. Please ensure to take care of this and return it at the end of your stay.
Just minutes to the vibrant energy of Downtown Columbus and close by Edinburg Outlet Mall, this house is conveniently located by many restaurants and shopping centers. This is a developing and growing community, and there may be construction on the other side of this community from time to time.

Exceeding the house capacity of 15 persons can lead to the removal of all guests without a refund.
