Bed bugs, mice, additional charges, mold in bathrooms

You pay for what you get. Absolutely terrible experience. The girls at the front seem nice but they only care about you paying every month, not you or the apartments. Good luck with the maintenance team. Didn’t even bother after they couldn’t fix my AC. There was bedbugs, mice, lizard in our tub, mold in one of the bathrooms that they tried to paint over. Of course they charge for pet waste, but don’t even have trash bags outside. I’ll laugh when I tell my kids about it one day lol

Do not recommend

This place charges ridiculous prices for there apartments, there is not enough parking, nor are they undertsanding of your situation if you children and live alone. The maintenance men do not visit every apartment and they charge you for cigarettes found outside of your apartment even if they aren't yours.
