Mold.

Place is literally falling apart. Mold everywhere, door knobs pop off, smells like gas, appliances rusted/rarely worked, Windows leaked, Faucets leak, I cried everyday.

Not worth it

Maintenance NEVER gets anything done. One of the people in the office was unnecessarily rude when I had a reasonable issue that I brought to their attention. The only redeeming quality of this place is that it is close to a park.

I am sorry that your situation was not repaired/responded to as timely as you would have liked. We always strive to complete repairs in a timely manner. We were short staffed due to the COVID emergency both in the maintenance department and in the… office intermittently throughout the past year. I am so sorry again for any inconvenient this has caused, please call the office to speak to the manager directly if you are still experiencing any issues.

Quiet neighborhood, good value

The area is great with everything you could really want in walking distance. I like having two stories and no common entries. The people here, neighbors and staff alike, are very friendly. I've been here for over a year and am quite happy with my choice.
