I’m OK .Bean here a lil c minute!

I am OK living here. My building is nice and quiet. The neighbors are pretty cool laid-back as far as administration. The manager is great and so her assistant. The maintenance guys when I need something fixed they get right to it. I do understand so sometimes things are kind of slow, but that’s everywhere with everybody. I would like to say that we could use a couple of upgrades which I know they’re working on it so I’ll give Grace to the owner of the apartments because of something that… happened and that will give a setback for everyone! ! Other than that rent keeps going up please !!! i please in the name of Jesus Christ find a way that our rent can go down or stay the way it is some of us are trying really hard to keep up or pay rent on time !. Thank you so much for trying to keep us safe and living in a nice environment. Kudos to everyone.!!!!

Hope you don't need anything fixed.

Getting maintenance to fix anything is nearly impossible. Unless it is an actual emergency. Office personnel will lie to your face about making sure that maintenance will be there to fix whatever it is that needs to be fixed.

Terrible

Apartments are just nasty. Carpet was musty & so was the air quality. Very humid & stinky inside. No matter how much I cleaned + kept clean & even drowned everything in bleach even put scented wall plug ins, the smell never went away. My clothing would even smell musty. Idk what it is but something is not right because it’s a terrible smell.
Maintenance never came back when they said they would.
Kitchen has mice they went under my stove and in my cabinets. Dropping were in all my dishes! I’d… randomly find roaches in my closets
Don’t move into here!

GREAT PLACE TO BE

This is our second year living here and we like our place! Maintenance has gotten so much better our maintenance man Brandon is amazing, came and fixed everything on one day and really worked hard on the hard projects. Perfect sized space for 2 people and our building is nice and quiet! You can see they are starting to renovate some apartments and hopefully they get to all of them so it is a great place to check out and would definitely recommend living here. Also I love the office lady's they… are amazing and friendly and always smiling and willing to help! Come check it out
