No walk in closet etc

Was shown a model and asked specifically for an apartment that had a walk in closet. They assured me i would have one but I do not and they’re charging me the maximum rent for a 1 bedroom apartment. Whenever I moved in the carpets were stained and disgusting so I had to clean them myself. The office managers are rude and are not understanding at all. The pictures they use only show basically what the sleepy falls apartments look like. I’d never move back here again.

Very dishonest people !!

I was just looking for apartments and thought I would check out copper creek , I was told there was no application fee just "good faith money" so I reluctantly gave the lady $100 cash to hold an apartment for me and my family,she told me if it wasn't what I wanted when I came to look at it that they would refund this good faith money in full , when it came time to look at the unit they told us that we couldn't and that it would be ready In a few days to view , well a few days went by and they… still refused to let us check it out and said we could see it the night before move in day so I told them I wasn't interested anymore and after that Cathy yelled at me on the phone after I asked for my $100 back , I'm not making this up folks just beware ...

Great Place

My apartment is amazing. I have a lake front view where I can walk right out onto my patio and be in front of the lake. These apartments are well maintained and have a nice pool and lounge. It is a great mix of college students and older residents.
