If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Devonshire Gardens doesn’t just lack professionalism — they are deceptive and unethical. I gave 30-day notice in September 2024, paid full rent for October, and moved out early. The office told me I had a $0 balance and was “good to go.” Months later, I found out they sent me to collections for $254, with no notice, no call, no email — nothing. When I demanded proof, they had the audacity to alter their ledger to make it look like the charge was valid. One of the fees was later removed, which... proves they knew it was garbage. They ignored every attempt I made to resolve it. Now my credit is damaged for something that should have never happened.

This isn’t just mismanagement — it’s manipulative and predatory behavior. They will change records to cover themselves and stick you with the consequences. Avoid this place at all costs. You’re not safe here — even if you do everything right.

If you are searching for a community that is quiet, aesthetically pleasing, & people & animal-friendly, you need to investigate Devonshire Gardens. If the convenience to shopping, health care & other needs is important then this is the place for you. Staff is attentive & responds to your needs in a timely manner.

It’s a quiet complex. It feels like a community. Neighbors and staff are friendly. Maintenance is great at what they do. The floor plans are some of the largest in town.
