Embassy Apartments

Carla is amazing! I could not say anything bad about her or the leasing agent. Maintenance is also very nice and respectful! My 3 is specifically because there were cops there at least once a week. At one point during our lease there were 14 cop cars and 2 police hummers there for a drug deal at about 1 am screaming to exit the apartment. There was a de*d body next to the freaking trash can. The break ins, constant police presence(not in a good way) the fact that one family would use all of the… washers in both locations a minimum of 6 out of 7 days. Even now the pool has been open and shut so frequently. Never received a key for the gym or could use the pool. Previous management(not Carla) was terrible. Again this place has so much potential and I know they are working on this daily. There will always be a project in every single property you look at. This one needs TLC. Cockroaches at one point. Needles in the parking lot. Huge pot holes and cars that block the driving path constantly. You will see kids playing out side and be scared because you’ve seen what sits in the parking lot. Carla and all of the staff are amazing and I believe they could get this place completely turned around. I will always mention in reviews that this is not a on staff problem as much as it is a corporate problem.
