Don’t suggest.

They don’t fix serious maintenance issues. Washers and dryers don’t even work, and only first floor units have w/d hookups. They stopped paying for water, sewage, and trash, but still can’t come up with the money the hire professionals.

Great value!

I recently moved into hornbrook Estates and I have had absolutely no problems so far. The staff has been amazing, they even volunteered to check on my dogs and make sure they were settling in okay while I was at work! The only complaint I have about the property is that there is no designated parking so if you get home later then it's hard to find a place nearby.

My first place

I wanted to take a moment and relate my experience with leasing an apartment at Hornbrook Estates. I recently leased an apartment at Hornbrook. I had explored many other properties on the east side of Evansville and Hornbrook won hands down. From my initial experience of application, (I had the pleasure of working with Erica, a new office employee at the time. She was effortlessly patient, miraculously kind, and made the move in process a piece of cake as we moved in just four days, prior to… submitting an application.) all the way through the moving in process I have been very satisfied. I believe the property offers a very good cost for the space, amenities and utilities. Our two bedroom apartment has a ton of closet space witch was a very important factor to me. Having a washer and dryer available on the floor is very convenient. I would rate my experience so far as top notch. Hope it helps others to decide.

Great Place with Good People

These apartments are in a great location off Green River road, just far enough away from where the traffic tends to build up, which makes coming and going a breeze. My one bedroom unit is wheelchair accessible with very spacious rooms; especially the bathroom. I love the fact that I can use my own washer and dryer and that I don't have to pay extra for water and trash pick up. As for the staff, I've mainly worked with Lydia and Erica, who have been very helpful every time I've had questions. I… just send an email and one of them gets back to me with all the answers I need. For this facility to be so short-staffed, I think they're doing a great job!
