McCurdy Apartments

My boyfriend just moved here as i recommended him and we had bunch of issues already, and everytime he tries contacting management, it seems like office is closed or no one to get hold of or get rude reply from amanda. Especially amanda is the rudest there. He showed me how rude and annoyed she sounds when he contacted about few questions and concerns. If you dont wanna help customer, you shouldnt be working in service department. I also told him to report to management and bbb as well

I looked at several places Downtown before making my decision to move to McCurdy. I am so happy that this is the place that I chose to call home. It's a great location, and I love my apartment!

We know the reviewer below and some people just can't ever be satisfied. Come look and see for yourself. It's not a big deal to ride the freight elevator or take the stairs, but my understanding is the passenger will be running any day for tenant use. It is worth putting up with a few inconveniences because there really is nothing else like it in Evansville. It's a great place to live.

This apartment is going to be the "place to live." You get to live in a new and completely updated space, all while residing in a historic Evansville building. The apartments are clean, renovated and inviting for tenants. The tenants and management are all friendly and welcoming. I can not wait to see what the commercial space on the ground floor evolves into. This will be the place to be by the end of the year!
