Great apartments. Nice size. Like the recent renovations.

Me and my Fiancée were looking at a two bedroom apartment at the Arbors at Eastland. My Fiancée is the only one working atm, and the office told us that he made too much money a year, which their maximum was about 32, 000/year. They said that this was calculated by person, and these apartments were only suited for low-income families. This was indeed interesting since even their initial pet fee is $200, which would be really hard to pay if you were low income. The woman treated us nicely but... their regulations seemed very sketchy. We didn't even get to view the inside of the apartments beforehand; the woman bringing out the agreement forms before anything. Thus, if you are working and considered middle class, be aware that you might be turned away because you make too much money per year. Read More

Arbors at Eastland is hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. From how well they keep up on maintenance, to the very clean and cared for yards and playgrounds, you will never be let down. A very professional staff that will get things done in order for you to love most comfortably. The pool and work out rooms are kept exceptionally clean, along with the clubhouse. Spacious rooms and updated kitchens are a must have for a large family like mine (6). Pets are also welcomed... which is awesome because we all have our furry little family members. Read More

This is the first apartment we have lived in that's felt like home! Our 3 bedroom is huge and has two full baths! At a very reasonable price this place is a steal! The neighborhood is friendly and clean, which is a big deal for an apartment complex! The maintenance crew works hard to make sure everything runs effectively and they are great at responding to problems swiftly!

I have a four bedroom two bath apartment on the second floor. We love it. It has off white walls instead of boring white and there isn't a single sliding closet door. Double doors on all the closets! All the closets are spacious and the master bedroom has a walk in closet. The bathrooms are huge. Washer and dryer in the unit. We also have a storage closet on our balcony. The maintenance staff is amazing. They are very friendly and prompt. The office staff is also great! Super helpful and nice. ...
