Beautiful & Helpful Staff

These apartments are stunning, and have such a good price point. The office staff is also so helpful!

Office staff is amazing!

This office staff is by far the best. I came in for a tour close to closing time. They welcomed me in even though it was time to close up and leave. They let me know it was no problem and they would love to help me. They answered all my questions, took me on a tour and was so informative. Customer service is huge to me and seeing such great customer service at Arcadia was refreshing. I am applying and can't wait to live there!

Leasing staff not honest

The leasing staff agreed to waive administration fee and rent free for the remaining days of November 25th to 30th, in addition to the 2 months rent free for a 1 year lease. I paid application fee and security deposit together $350 to hold the apartment. When I went to get the keys, the leasing staff lied about waiving the rent free for the remaining days of November 25th to 30th, saying we will only give you that deal if you sign an 18-month lease instead of a one-year lease. They knew I have… no option as my leasing at the other apartment ends on November 27th. They thought I would pay the rent for the remaining days of November 25-30 and move in.

I have proof to show what they have offered. These people lie. Honesty is important than a couple hundred dollars.

Amazing!

Very cool apartment complex. A lot of amenities and very good location. I love how close it is to the highway and Parkview. But best of all, Winery in the backyard!!!!!
