This complex was beautiful and always fast to fix anything I requested! Me and my wife stayed here for alittle under a year before getting our house just recently and they are outstanding and amazing management on property as well!

Pros: nice, quiet complex. Rent is doable. Staff is friendly.
Cons: recently they moved our garbage dumpsters down the street and around corner. Reason: they said that the garbage trucks were messing up their asphalt. I disagree. I believe their snow plow trucks play a big role in the asphalt damage due to that heavy shovel hitting the pavement. There are disabled and elderly that resides here that don’t own vehicles to take their garbage to the dumpsters and they took none of that into... consideration.

Pros: safe neighborhood, friendly and kind staff, maintenance is well kept, reasonable price, not too far from Jefferson Point and Foster Park, walking distance to a Kroger's in case someone doesn't have a car, on the bus route, parking RIGHT outside your door,
Cons: fairly thin walls (can hear neighbors sometimes)

Maintenance is really fast and have never came into my apartment without me present! (That is a fear of mine). The staff is always so friendly and welcoming (Michelle is the best). Super quite and safe neighborhood, the grounds are very well kept, I have even seen maintenance workers shoveling snow on the weekends.
Only complaint is that the walls seem a little thin, (or my neighbor is just loud).

I have lived in this community for nearly 3 years now and can not recommend it enough! This has been one of the best places I've lived. The rent is well priced and the apartments are very well maintained including the landscaping. The office staff has been and is very friendly and helpful. Whenever I have had any kind of issues, the maintenance team were either able to come out that day or the very next. They are pet friendly. The only downside I'd say I've had with living here is that they have... baseboard heading which isn't the best so electric bills will go up in the winter but by no means a dealbreaker. It's a pretty quite community and nice neighbors. Absolutely recommend to anyone!
