Great Experience

We lived at Canal Flats for a year. Great place to live. Great location and ease to get anywhere. Management is wonderful and Jeremy (Maintenance) is fantastic. I would strongly recommend Canal Flats to anyone looking for a place to call home!

Excellent space and staff!

Stayed here for 6 months and the apartment complex is awesome! The best thing is the staff and the amenities!

Best place in Fort Wayne, IN!

Excellent Community and Staff

I can't express to my friends enough how great this community is. I use their standard practices as the baseline for all other in the area. Honestly, I haven't had one place measure up to how friendly, professional, and simply authentic Canal Flats currently is. Greg does an amazing job. I'm extraordinarily impressed, and I don't get impressed easily.

Five Star Rating

I have lived here for over a year. This is great place to live. Beautiful apartments with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, plush carpets and laminates. Great pool and clubhouse. Close to everything I need. The best part is the management. Greg and his staff have gone out of their way to meet all my needs and concerns. I give it a five star rating?

Management is Amazing

I echo the other positive reviews. We moved back to Ft Wayne for a 9 month stint, reserved the apartment site unseen, and had a great experience. The apartments are up to date and clean, but the real jewel of Canal Flats is the management.
Our date to be relocated out of state was shifted a few times which made ending the lease difficult, but Greg did everything he could to accommodate our situation. Would recommend this place to anyone.
