Disappointing Management Experience
My experience living here has been incredibly frustrating, largely due to the management and leasing staff. While the initial move-in process was smooth, the level of professionalism dropped significantly once the lease was signed.
I found the staff to be dismissive and difficult to communicate with whenever issues arose. Rather than being helpful or solution-oriented, interactions often felt confrontational. I strongly recommend looking at other options in the area where resident satisfaction... and professional communication are prioritized.
