Very good so far. Just moved in a week ago and like the set up. Close to my campus and have a lot of my teammates in the same apartment complex. They helped me out and found me an apartment last minute so I didn’t have to stay in dorms.

Super friendly staff and they answer very fast and always know my name when I walk in. The amenities are also very great, I use the gym every day and it is clean.

Friendly staff, however hard to find events and rewards. Electricity can be very punishing even if you payed your part and your roomate hasnt

St Joe is a really nice community to live in. The staff are amazing. Apartments are nice. They don’t make it a huge deal with noise complaints which is amazing! I wouldn’t live here if the cops were called for everything
