The Cottages at Bridgewater (Senior 55+)

If you want peace and quiet, this is a pretty good place. Easy parking in front of your apt or in your garage. The men all socialize at night. Staff is nice but they are reluctant to make repairs without a hefty charge. Fairly new buildings. Shopping is down the road. It's really a place for men. It's too dark at night to safely walk your dog. Near the train tracks. Located in an affluent part of Fort Wayne.

I recently made the decision to downsize and live a maintenance free lifestyle. I wanted freedom from worrying about owning and maintaining a house. Bridgewater is the perfect place. Great location. Comfortable, open living space with modern amenities, and a great location. 2 ½ - 4 ½ miles from everything you need. All the goods and services in a peaceful rural vibe setting. Tony & Chris were so helpful - they made the move so much easier, and they are really nice people.
