Woodbridge Apartments

Have been living here for almost a year, and it is the most poorly managed complex I've lived in. Management can't ever seem to pick up phone calls, let alone return them. There's a huge spider issue, not only inside my unit but multiple webs hanging from the buildings and trees every day. Find enormous sized bugs from spiders to centipedes weekly. We pay for pest control every month with rent but never seems to do anything. Cannot wait for this lease to end. The only good thing about it is how… close we are to trails and the dog park. But you can find other places to live with similar accommodations.

When I moved in I mentioned things that needed fixing, when management told me to let them know if I found anything. It took them months to even come out. Some problems still aren't fixed and aren't worth the hassle. The AC is extremely loud, and was told it wasn't normal. Paint splatters all over the hardwood floors, poorly painted walls, huge weeds in the porch area when I moved in (like 4 feet tall weeds), the fitness room has been closed for months. I know these are small things, but they all add up and really show this place isn't being properly cared for. And they have the audacity to bump the rent prices.

The grounds aren't taken care of too well, at least when I compare it to other apartment complexes. With how much they charge I'd hope for a bit better living conditions.

Whoever reads this review from the management, do not tell me to contact you about this issues, as I've tried to no avail. If you want to help, the only thing you can do is let me terminate my lease early and not charge me for it.
